Hướng Dẫn Xoá Dữ Liệu Người Dùng (Data Deletion Instructions)

I. BẢN TIẾNG VIỆT — HƯỚNG DẪN TỪNG BƯỚC XOÁ DỮ LIỆU
AutoVideo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt quyền tự quyết và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của người dùng. Dữ liệu tài khoản Google và YouTube do bạn toàn quyền kiểm soát. Dưới đây là 3 bước để bạn chủ động xoá sạch dữ liệu và gỡ bỏ quyền truy cập:
Bước 1: Ngắt kết nối và xoá dữ liệu trong ứng dụng AutoVideo
Mở phần mềm AutoVideo trên máy tính của bạn → chọn mục Cài đặt Kênh / Đăng bài → chọn kênh YouTube bạn muốn xoá → bấm nút "Ngắt kết nối / Xoá dữ liệu". Hệ thống sẽ ngay lập tức xoá sạch toàn bộ vé uỷ quyền (OAuth Access Token & Refresh Token) đã mã hoá được lưu cục bộ trên ổ cứng máy tính của bạn.
Bước 2: Gỡ quyền app khỏi tài khoản Google (Bắt buộc theo chuẩn Google)
Để thu hồi hoàn toàn quyền kết nối ứng dụng từ máy chủ của Google:
- Truy cập trực tiếp vào trang quản lý quyền tài khoản Google tại: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (hoặc vào mục Bảo mật tài khoản Google > Ứng dụng của bên thứ ba có quyền truy cập vào tài khoản).
- Tìm và chọn ứng dụng AutoVideo - Sam Nguyen Media.
- Bấm nút "Xoá tất cả kết nối" (Remove Access / Delete all connections) và xác nhận. Quyền uỷ quyền API YouTube và Google Drive sẽ bị vô hiệu hoá vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức.
Bước 3: Dọn dẹp tệp tin trên Google Drive cá nhân của bạn
Các video thành phẩm được lưu trong thư mục riêng của AutoVideo trên Google Drive của bạn. Để xoá các tệp này, bạn chỉ cần mở Google Drive, tìm thư mục AutoVideo hoặc tên thư mục dự án của bạn và bấm Xoá theo ý muốn. Chúng tôi không lưu trữ bất kỳ bản sao nào trên máy chủ riêng.

II. ENGLISH VERSION — USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
In accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy and privacy standards, AutoVideo gives you complete control over your personal data. Follow these 3 steps to completely delete your data and revoke application permissions:
Step 1: Delete Local Data Within the AutoVideo Application
Open the AutoVideo desktop application → navigate to Settings > Channels & Publishing → select the connected YouTube channel → click "Disconnect & Delete Data". This immediately purges all encrypted OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and channel cache from your local device.
Step 2: Revoke Application Access from Your Google Account (Mandatory)
To terminate third-party API authorization at the Google server level:
- Visit the Google Account Permissions manager at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Locate AutoVideo - Sam Nguyen Media under Third-party apps with account access.
- Click "Remove Access" (or "Delete all connections") and confirm. All granted scopes (
youtube.upload,youtube.readonly,drive.file) will be permanently invalidated.
Step 3: Remove Assets from Your Personal Google Drive
Rendered videos and logs reside in your own Google Drive. Open Google Drive directly, locate the AutoVideo folder, and delete any files or folders as desired. AutoVideo does not retain duplicate copies on any external servers.
