I. BẢN TIẾNG VIỆT
1. Chấp nhận các điều khoản
Bằng việc cài đặt và sử dụng ứng dụng AutoVideo, bạn đồng ý tuân thủ toàn bộ các điều khoản được quy định tại đây, cùng với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube (YouTube Terms of Service) và Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
2. Mô tả dịch vụ
AutoVideo cung cấp công cụ tự động dựng video, tạo phụ đề và lập lịch đăng tải video lên kênh YouTube, lưu trữ tệp qua Google Drive của người dùng. AutoVideo không sở hữu nội dung người dùng tạo ra và không can thiệp vào bản quyền nội dung.
3. Trách nhiệm người dùng về nội dung
- Người dùng chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm pháp lý và bản quyền đối với các video được xuất bản lên YouTube thông qua ứng dụng.
- Nghiêm cấm sử dụng AutoVideo để tạo hoặc phát tán nội dung vi phạm bản quyền, nội dung độc hại, lừa đảo, khiêu dâm, quấy rối hoặc vi phạm Nguyên tắc cộng đồng của YouTube (YouTube Community Guidelines).
- Người dùng có trách nhiệm tự bảo mật thiết bị cá nhân và các tệp khoá uỷ quyền được lưu cục bộ trên máy tính.
4. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ
Ứng dụng AutoVideo, bao gồm mã nguồn, thiết kế giao diện, logo và tài liệu hướng dẫn thuộc sở hữu trí tuệ của Sam Nguyễn Media. Mọi video, hình ảnh và âm thanh do bạn tự tạo hoặc đưa vào dựng là tài sản thuộc quyền sở hữu của bạn.
5. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
AutoVideo được cung cấp theo nguyên tắc "nguyên trạng" (as-is). Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp kênh của người dùng bị gián đoạn do vi phạm chính sách của bên thứ ba (Google, YouTube) hoặc do sự cố mạng, mất điện, lỗi phần cứng tại thiết bị người dùng.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AutoVideo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
AutoVideo provides automated desktop video production, captioning, and scheduled publishing to the user's connected YouTube channels and Google Drive storage. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.
3. User Responsibilities & Content Policy
- You are solely responsible for all content rendered, uploaded, and scheduled via AutoVideo to your YouTube channel.
- You agree not to use AutoVideo to upload content that violates YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or applicable legal regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local computer and encryption keys.
4. Third-Party Services Integration
AutoVideo uses YouTube API Services and Google Drive API. By using our application to upload or schedule videos, you acknowledge and agree that your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
5. Limitation of Liability
AutoVideo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Sam Nguyen Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from channel suspension, API quota limits imposed by YouTube, or data loss occurring on client machines.
6. Termination & Data Deletion
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application, disconnecting your channel from within the app, and revoking OAuth access via Google's security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
